Give a positive review to your customer first. For example, if your company is a painting service, when one of your painters goes out to do a job, the customer should receive an automatic text message when the painter is finished. The message could look something like this, “Tim, the painter, said you were lovely to work with. Thank you for being an amazing customer and using our service. If you felt the same about Tim, please leave him a review here (insert link).”

This is called the Law of Reciprocity. When someone does something for you, you feel obligated to do something in return for them.

Text A Tip
A way to grow your reviews is by texting your clients after one of your employees finished their job. The text could look like this, “Hi! Leave our employee a tip by writing a five-star review. Their name is (insert their name). If you mention their name in a 5 star review, we'll tip them $10 for you.”

Respond To Every Review

Respond to every single review, even if it's negative.

Make sure your responses have personality.

An example of what your review could look like is, “This is what actually keeps me in business. Thank you so much for your thoughtful review.”

If it's a negative review, you could respond by saying something like, “I'm so sorry to hear that. We try to satisfy every single person that works with us. Please email us directly and we'll do everything possible to make it right for you.”

Run A Contest

If you want to get more subscribers and reviewers, do a giveaway. Ask every single person to write a review or refer somebody, and if they do it then enter them into a giveaway. This can lead to thousands or more people writing reviews and buying your products or services.
