Their going to have to fix their loose skin, get a six-pack, change their wardrobe, etc. Keep introducing them to these problems so you can help them find a solution (and make more money).

It’s important to meet them where they are currently at. Don’t start with offering them a six pack, when they haven’t lost the weight yet.

Find problems within the business, examples are high churn, no backend, no metric tracking.
